I’ve always tried to keep my grocery shopping more on the healthier side but I’ve been trying even harder lately since my doctor said I need to lower my carb intake. Here are the options I went for this trip. Since I’m trying to not buy the more processed foods I’ve increased my weekly budget to $40 so that is about what I spent on this trip, I couldn’t find my receipt to get the exact number.
