30 Day Skin Transformation: Results

February 23, 2012

in Beauty

Today is the last day in the Naturopathica 30 Day Skin Transformation Challenge. To learn more about the challenge, refer back to this post. I’ve linked the products directly to the Naturopathica website but you can also find Naturopathica at Amazon with these promo codes.

Here is some unedited pictures of my skin.

I used the normal to dry skincare kits (c/o Naturopathica) for a period of 30 days. Even when I was tired, I used it. Those late homework nights were very annoying (where I would normally just use a makeup wipe and pass out) but I didn’t want to skew my results.  I did on two occasions use face masks to relax but since that was only twice I don’t think it changed my skin.

My results: I see a difference in my facial redness and hyperpigmentation but my texture and sensitivity remained the same.

Is it just me, or am I tanner? Hm. This was unintentional.

Will I continue to use the kit? Yes and no. I like the products enough to continue using them until I finish the bottle but I only plan on repurchasing the Beech Tree and Ginseng Moisturizer. I really enjoyed the consistency of the product, it just feels luxurious. It’s hard to explain but it is currently my favorite facial moisturizer.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the other products in the kit, it was just that I didn’t become attached to them. I didn’t see such a huge difference in my skin to warrant being exclusive to them.

Skin plan from here on out: I will continue to use the kit but as products start finishing up I will add in some other cleansers and exfoliaters I’m trying to finish up. Of course, when my trial sized Beech Tree and Ginseng Moisturizer is complete I will be buying a full size. I’m happy to start using my X Out Wash-In Treatment (c/o) again. I was using it a few times a week to keep away blemishes and keep my skin smooth.

What new products  have you tried out recently and enjoyed?

Kindness is the best accessory,
