Finally, the wait is over! On Halloween I got my braces off after two years and one month. In the above video I tell you guys how my experience went with braces and what I use in my oral hygiene.
What I didn’t mention in the video was my retainer. I went back to pick it up (it takes a few days to be made) they handed me one plastic retainer (that looked like Invisalign, for my top teeth) and told me I would have to wear it everyday… all the time… for three months! So basically, I am wearing clear braces! In January I have an appointment for a check up and then we will re-evaluate my retainer.
I had poorly assumed that I would just have to wear my retainer every night. Oh well. Maybe after these three months I’ll be able to wear it just at night.
The electric toothbrush I mentioned was the Sonicare Diamond Clean. I alternate using the “white” and the “sensitive” setting. It is easier to find this product online. Everything else mentioned can be purchased at Costco or your local drugstore.

wow! that is very nice! It's so awkward now though to see you with your braces off because I used to see you with braces! :D But it looks good on you!. Congrats!
